On Guacamole and Being Domestic

If you know me, you know that I’m not very domestic. I’m one of those people that gets really excited about doing domestic things because they happen so infrequently. Like organizing my closet or rearranging furniture. As far as I can remember I don’t think that I’ve ever posted something super domestic in nature. Crafts and bikes are probably as close as I’ve ever gotten. So here’s something new, I’m so stoked! I’m probably mostly stoked because I’m hungry right now. Anyway, here it is, my recently perfected guacamole recipe. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
2 Avocados
3/4 cup medium salsa (mas o menos)
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (mas o menos)
1 Tablespoon minced garlic (mas o menos)
1/2-1 Tablespoon lime or lemon juice (either one works)
Multiple dashes of Garlic salt, Black Pepper, and Creole Seasoning

I like to mash the Avocados up with something like this

and then add everything else and mix it all up, derrrr

This guy thinks it’s delicious…
